It engineers specialist leathers with added value performance benefits for the market sectors of footwear, gloves and interiors, for segments that include sports, automotive, military and service, equestrian, personal electronics, extreme outdoor, furniture and fashion.
Over 90% of Pittards leather is exported to more than 40 countries, where it is incorporated as a branded component into in finished product.
Uniquely, the Somerset HQ is also home to a production unit that expert crafts luxury ‘made in England’ leathergoods for third parties as well as its sister brand, Daines & Hathaway. This provides brand partners with vertically integrated sourcing solutions from leather to final stitch.
Pittards Footwear Services offers sampling and design for brands that want to develop in the UK, but are looking for volume production options from Ethiopia.
Fine Leathergoods
Pittards’ Somerset headquarters also houses a production facility for fine leather goods, including bags and accessories.
The team makes premium products for third-party brands including Taylor Yates, Honey & Toast, Pets Corner and sister brand, Daines & Hathaway.
