Established in 1922, Daines and Hathaway is the quintessential English leathergoods brand with 100 years of history.
Originally based in Walsall, it is now part of Pittards’ manufacturing base in Somerset where its heritage products are made in small batches that reduce waste and create something special for the owner.
Leather sits at the heart of Daines & Hathaway , but careful material selection is just the start of the product journey as each piece is cut, prepared and stitched by a specialist team before being individually hand-finished and packed. It is this attention to detail that ensures a lifetime of use.
Daines & Hathaway has long been recognised for its distinctive hand writing and today it is finding popularity with a new consumer who appreciates the long-lasting quality of classic English design. It is traditional manufacturing for a modern world.

Inspired by Heritage
Inspired by the heritage, but creating for tomorrow – the design team works in 3-D to imagine new Daines & Hathaway collections. Part of the collection and almost unchanged since the beginning, the Military Wet Pack is an iconic Daines & Hathaway product and remains a best-seller today.
